Requirements:

  • Minimum certification: Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
  • Minimum age: 10 years
  • Basic swimming ability and good general health

Description:

The course starts with a short knowledge briefing where you cover weighting, trim and how breathing influences your buoyancy. Then you head out for two open water dives, focused entirely on practice: adjusting weights and trim, finding your ideal position in the water, hovering in different ways and moving without stirring up the bottom. By the end, your diving will feel more controlled, more efficient and noticeably more relaxed.

Course Structure

  • Knowledge briefing – short theory session on weighting, trim, and breathing control
  • 2 open water dives (1 day) – hands-on practice to improve buoyancy, reduce effort, and dive more efficiently
